Customer hereby agrees to be bound by the following
terms of use governing their access and use of their
career web portfolio.
Indemnification
Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless hosting
provider and all parties from whom hosting provider
has licensed portions of the career web portfolio
content against all claims, liability, damages, costs
and expenses, arising out of (i) your breach of these
Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising
from any text, image, video, graphic or other material
you incorporated into your career web portfolio content.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The career web portfolio and its content are provided
"as-is" without warranty of any kind, including
but not limited to, warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You acknowledge that operation of your career web
portfolio site may not be uninterrupted or error free.
Disclaimer of Accuracy
Hosting provider does not warrant the accuracy of
the data in the content of career web portfolios.
Hosting provider and its licensors and suppliers shall
not be liable for damages of any kind as a result
of hiring decisions made based upon the accuracy of
the data in career web portfolios. The utilization
of any information received by Customer from the career
web portfolio (such as contact data) is at Customer's
sole risk. Hosting provider disclaims any responsibility
for the completeness, accuracy, or quality of such
data.
Limitation of Liability
Hosting provider and its licensors and suppliers shall
not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from
loss of use, data, or income arising out of the use
or performance of the career web portfolio, including
damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay
or interruption of service.
Copyrighted Materials For Limited Use
Your career web portfolio may contain text, graphics,
images, layouts, artwork, fonts, software tools, and
other information (referred to herein as "content").
The career web portfolio and its content are the copyrighted
property of hosting provider or the copyrighted property
of parties from whom hosting provider has licensed
such property. All rights in this site and its content
are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited
to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion
of the content except as expressly allowed in these
terms of use.
Title
Title to and ownership of all copies of career web
portfolios developed by hosting provider or its licensors
or suppliers, and all rights therein (including patents,
copyrights, and trade secrets), are and shall remain
the exclusive property of hosting provider or its
licensors or suppliers. Customer shall not take any
action to interfere in any manner with hosting provider’s
ownership and rights therein.
Use of Site
Obtaining a career web portfolio does not entitle
you to use any portion of the content apart from the
finished web portfolio as it is supplied to you by
the hosting provider. You are authorized to access
and use your career web portfolio for the purpose
of career and business networking. No other use is
permitted. Hosting provider and its licensors and
suppliers shall not be liable for any damages or consequences
arising from your inappropriate or unauthorized use
of the career web portfolio.
